Created out of a love for 70's rock music and a shared disappointment at today's 'disposable' attitude towards music, four friends, JENN CHERENE, 22, GRAHAM HASWELL, 22, LEE TUCK, 21 and MARK DODDS, 26, sought to write music which injected thought and passion into it’s listeners.

 

We’ve played together as a band for over 3 ½ years and we’ve all had our individual passions for music since we were young. We basically refuse to grow up and get a real job until we’ve at least tried to live out our dreams – a regular ‘9 till 5’ just holds no appeal to us and we wont give in without a fight first!

 

Each band member brings to the table their own element, vital to the 'whole', creating music that is always changing; experiments with different styles; is dynamically hard-hitting, but recognisably the same rock band through and through.

 

Remedy’s music is everything you loved about 60s/70s rock, brought up to date and refreshed with some more modern day influences. We love being a band, and enjoy nothing better than jumping around on stage together, playing our music and just being utter idiots basically.

 

Remedy is all about enjoying yourself in doing what you do.
